In our LINC 4 English class, we learned about a different kind of "3 Rs": Reduce, Re-use, and Recycle! We organized a school garage sale and practiced English by promoting the garage sale for donations. We invited all the other classes to come to the garage sale. We learned all about how these work in Canada and how to bargain in English at garage sales. To give back to our community, the money we raised, we gave to charity. We felt good about donating our earnings and had so much fun at the same time!
