The Immigrant Settlement & Integration Program (ISIP) assists immigrants and their families learn about Canada's systems and services. We offer opportunities for immigrants to develop English language skills, learn about Canada's labour market, network and develop professional and social networks, and settle into their local B.C. communities.
ISIP services are for eligible immigrants, refugees and their families and are free of charge. Our services are offered in many languages.
We have service locations across Metro Vancouver and in Fort St. John. Contact us to find out more about services offered near you.
As your first step to accessing ISIP services, we ask that you register with us. Once registered, we will guide you through our services at your first ISIP appointment.

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. acknowledges the ancestral and traditional territories of Indigenous Peoples across the regions that we live and work. We express our gratitude and honour the Indigenous Peoples who are the keepers of these lands that have existed since time immemorial. We are grateful to be headquartered on the unceded Coast Salish lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We recognize and acknowledge our communities’ shared histories of injustice and discrimination, and uphold that it is our joint responsibility to actively work toward achieving healthy and inclusive communities and environments.
