Now we have a better idea of what happens in our local RCMP detachment with a tour from our local police. We also learned some practical bits about when and how to call emergency. It was so interesting to learn about how police officers collect evidence at the scene of a crime too. They certainly have pretty “high tech” equipment in their Forensic Identification Unit! We weren’t allowed to take many photos inside but we took this group photo in front of the building to remember this day.
