There are many awesome reasons to live in the City of Richmond - one of which is knowing that the Richmond RCMP is staffed by officers who are truly passionate about what they do on a daily basis!

2 classes of LINC 7 newcomers were thrilled that Constable Barry Edwards and Constable Frank Bryson made time to enrich our understanding of the history of the Canadian RCMP during our recent visit to the Richmond Detachment and museum.

Our main host, Constable Barry Edwards, also gave us all a chance to "drive" a police car, don their bullet-proof vest, experience getting hand-cuffed and so much more! As you can see from one of the photos, Constable Edwards even lent us his Mountie hat for us to wear while posing with the RCMP's ATV (All-terrain vehicle).

Richmond RCMP rocks!
